Tiger type 2
I wasn’t completely satisfied with the last logo I designed for the Goodnight Tiger girls so I thought I’d try another approach. This one’s more elegant. The girls dress well for gigs and present themselves reasonably* professionally – I feel it’s also a bit more mysterious, which suits a lot of the songs.
Their music is very pretty, and while they’re fun and jokey I wanted to explore this avenue.
I’m still going to play around with the tail of the capital G, but it’s almost finished.
*When they don’t catch a glimpse of Bobbi or Sally getting their wild groove on and need to recompose themselves.

Rebranding in progress
I was hoping to get some business cards finalised today but am still working on designs.
Here’s a zoomed out screenshot of my illustrator logo design file… The rectangle at the top is the ‘canvas’, and I started messing around with shapes below and just keep duplicating and modifying things until I hit the edge of the document, at which point I’ll circle around to wherever there’s space. Systematic, I know!
